ACW logout question

I have an agent that claims she keeps getting logged out of the queue. The only difference between her and others is that she is staying in AUX for long periods in the day (her manager knows). On the hunt group the timed ACW is blank, as well as on the VDN override. So if there are no times listed anywhere, is there a set logoff? I am not finding it anywhere.

There's a setting on the system features form (page 15 for me on CM 6.3) that says Maximum time agent in ACW before logout. This comes into play if on the agent form that the Max time agent in ACW before logout is set to system. You could change it to none and stop the logout from happening.
