Acucocol and Windows 2000 Server

I have a problem with my server. It is a windows 2000, HP 3000 with 2 800 Mhz processors, 1 Gb RAM and MS SQL 2000 server.
When I lanch a operation with Acucorp 5.2.1 it doesn't use CPU resource (the CPU is unloaded)

Why?

Help me please
