Actuate Upgdrade 7 to 9

Sorry to intrude into your mailbox.

My client is about to upgrade from Actuate v7 to v9, they have 15 business groups using the system each with their own custom componets attached to the core product for some additional features developed in java.

I look for your valuable suggestions and pointers in this regard.

Didn't find any good material on web, pls send me if you have any documents on approach, framework, upgrade process, best practice, do's/dont's.
