Actuate Sample Report with Built In Parameters

I am trying to create an Actuate report with some parameters. For example, I want the report to run based on user id. How can I do this?

Also, I am looking into setting up an email for all users which go over their limit. Once the user is over, the report will be generated and then sent to the user letting him/her know of their vulnerability.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Make user id a parameter and then put that in the where clause of your sql.

not sure what your talking about in regards to setting up an email and generating a report.
