Actuate report displaying dates in different frmt for diff users

Has anyone seen this before - a user views a report thru the web protal and sees the date formatted as DD/MM/YYYY. Another user using the same report sees the date formatted correctly as MM/DD/YYYY.

Version: Actuate 8, Pack 1, Fix 13.

I have checked the Options tab in the Web Portal. I have checked the Regional & Language Optoins in the Control Panel of the user's desktop. Nothing notes the different date format that is displaying for this user.

Any ideas??
