Actuate E-Reporting suite 5 - application hang

Hi,

I'm unfortunatly not too familiar with Actuate, but have become involved in a problem which I'd really appreciate some guidance on.

We are running the Ereporting suite, and Report cast applications on an Netfinity 4500r 2xp3/800mhz processor/256mg box/2000 Server.

The application has run for a number of years without any problem (the server is sat at a data center is pretty much left alone). However in the last two weeks, the application has started to hang. When this happens it stops writting to it's own log files, and doesn't generate any windows event logs. The Actuate services however remain in a status of 'started'. If we stop and restart the services, then the application comes back up.

Is anybody aware of possible causes for all actuate services to hang simultaneously without any event logging.
