Actuate Basic Basic Error 104 (Running Query (.dox) Report)

I am having problems with previewing and running query reports (dox files) in either MXES 6.1 (Report Administration application)or from within the Actuate Server itself. Everytime I run the .dox file report from the Actuate Server, I get the java-related error message below (even though the report was tested and compiled successfully in eRDPro Actuate application):

Please can anyone advise me on how to resolve this issue as I need to get the report up and running by early next week. HELP!!!!!!
