Hi all,
I have three users that are using Actuate Suite 5. Their main two apps are ERD Pro and Admin Desktop. Here is the problem. Only one of the three has this issue also, just to confuse matters.
At random points during the day her machine will lock up and the video will go "nuts". By nuts I mean that the taskbar is on the top of the screen, the right click windows menus are full screen instead of a small box, all apps are simply greyed out and if I can minimize all of the apps running, the system will redraw properly. A reboot is required to get the system back to normal until it happens again.
I have recently upgraded them to 2000. The other two Actuate developers are having no issues at all. I updated her video drivers, no help. I rebuilt her machine, no help. Gaver her a new machine and a fresh image, same problem.
ANY thoughts?
