Actuate 4 Server - Users

Hi,

When I try to do anything with users, add users, change properties, passowrds and such my actuate is VERY slow! This seems to have come out of no where. One day it was fine, the next is is super slow. The rest of the server stuff is fine.
The slowest is logging in as Administrator.
Is there a lock or somthing somwhere? Any ideas on how to fix this?
I have restarted the server, no diference.

it is one of the user accounts. Delete them all and recreate them and that should resolve the slowness.
