My company is about to move to Siebel and we are using Actuate. I'm totally new to this. Does anyone know of any good "idiot's guides" or web sites aimed at beginners?

Thanks

ps I'm a former Crystal user and at first sight Actuate looks horribly complex, or am I missing something?

I'm not sure whether you want to learn siebel or actuate. If you want to learn actuate, the actuate package comes with the PDFs.
Good Luck...
Actuate is really interesting
