Is there a way to track what a user changes either through Activity Tracking or some other way? What we want to know is, we have information in User Defined 1 on the Customer Maintenance screen and someone is changing the information. We would like to find out who is changing this information since everyone says it's not them. Is there a way this could be done?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You!

You can monitor this using Activity Tracking by tracking modifications to Master Files. The inquiry would then show the Customer that was modified and who and when did it, but you won't be able to determine if the modification was done specifically to the user def 1 field.

Do you own the modifier? You could setup a password for this field or make it uneditable for specific users.
