Activity Reporter

Hi,
I have a problem in reporting in activity reporter.
I have configured activity reporter
CDR data files can be downloaded successfully I can see from the logs (Admin>System Logs> Connectivity)
And also I can see the new data in a viewing live raw data part.(I could not see the live parsed data yet)
But I could still see 'no data available' when I try to see the reports.
Should I wait the reports to be parsed.
if yes, do you know how long do I need to wait?

Also I would like to ask about task scheduler.
I want to set the report in csv format not in pdf format in task scheduler.But I can not select csv format option in task scheduler
Eventhough I can select csv format option to see the reports.

If you can provide recomendation I will appreciate
