After some playing around I figured out how to make Activity Reporter work on Windows 7 (Or any version for that matter). The issue is not Windows 7 itself, but rather the web browser. For whatever reason, it rejects any browser that's not Internet Explorer 6. To resolve this, just google Internet Explorer 6 Portable and download it. Then startup Activity Reporter and navigate to
Another solution I found is to use a user agent switcher to pretend to be using IE6. I tried this with Chrome but Chrome couldn't render the menu's correctly and a couple of other issues. It may work in other browsers but I have not tested those.
UPDATE:
I discovered a setting to disable the user agent checking so any browser can work! Once you get Activity Reporter open in IE6 go to Configure->Web Server and uncheck the "Check User Agent" check box. After that you can open Activity Reporter in any browser you want. It may still have compatibility issues though.
