Guys, activity reporter was working fine on r3 but since the upgrade to R5 (and and deinstall and reinstall of Activity Reporter (now version 1.2)) it fails with

Error: 31 - Send a HTTPS request failed

Extract from Log File below - have checked BCM is set correctly and all seems well.

Any ideas?

Just stumbled on your question while looking for an answer on mine. I have run into your problem on numerous occasions.
The cdr folder in the BCM is too full. Records need to be deleted for the process to continue. Unfortunately you will have to call Nortel as they do not give us access to the root prompt to accomplish this. They will ask you to try a list if things but this is the fix-have them check the records for this problem-they should find it. I was told that there was a patch to correct the problem but if the problem occurs before the patch is applied then the files must be deleted in the root prompt.
Hope this helps.

I've just had this myself with the nortel cdr pull program. It too throws a error 31, then error 6 when the folder is too full.

Managed to get Nortel to fix both my BCM's in one hit which I was quite impressed with!
