Have a client running the above but every time a report is run, it just shows 'no data'
The system has all patches in, the Activity Reporter license in loaded. Verified that the server has admin/cdr rights in the username/password in EM accounts.
On the logs report within AR, it shows small data files being uploaded from the BCM, but nothing is generating on the reports.
This did work for three weeks then suddenly stopped.
I am due back to site next week, but there does not seem to be much in respect of support for this application.
Has anyone come across this issue, and if so, what resolution did you find?
