Activity on HDD?

When my PC is on "just standing" state, with no activity from me, the HDD light blinks about every 2-3 seconds (not constant and not the same intensity).

How can I find out which program or file is making it do that?

Sorry, did't finish the last post...

I used ProcMon as suggested in tghe link you provided.

Now, any suggestions on what to do to get svchost.exe find that file not found and "calm down"???
