The Message guide states:
Invalid Call Processing state processing
Label 1: Number
Description: The device number: for example, an agent instrument number or trunk number.
Label 2: CardPort
Description: The Switching Module card and port number. The card number is the first one to three digits, and the port number is the last three digits.
Label 3: State
Description: The state of the port.
Label 4: Event
Description: An optional parameter that indicates that an unexpected event is received by the port while it is in the state listed in the State parameter.
Description: Call-processing software detected an out-of-range or unexpected state for a resource in the Call Center System.
