Activity log shows Backup Failed on completed job

I'm backing up several servers with BAB r11.1 build 3060. The job completes but shows as Failed. When I look through the activity log, or the job log, it doesn't show any errors and it looks like all the requested servers/drives/folders/files are succesfully back up. At the very end of the job log, it inserts Backup Failed.

Why? Can I safely ignore this and assume it was successful? I have done a restore from a tape that had shown the backup failed.??
