ArcServe 2000 Advanced Edition, Version 7.0 Build (1100)
Activity log does not diplay any warning or critical alerts. It does diplay informational alerts.
There are warning but they are not showing up in the log.
Before this problem I had the "E4102 Unable to Open Database" error message so I did the delete all *.chi, rAAA***.chg and *.chk files and initialized the astpsdat(CA Help Desk instrustions). Could this have anything to do with it? I've done this before without any issues afterwards.
We also had to send the tape drive out for repairs and now the auto eject does not work. The checkbox for Eject Backup Media at the End is checked. Could the 2 issues be related?.
