I have a homemade Customer Service portal, based in ASP, that requires my CSRs to login to use. I currently use myPhpAdmin queries to track the work that the CSRs do. Unfortunately, this 'count' only takes into account when a record is changed.

Is there an easy way to track activity/inactivity of the CSRs when they're logged into this ASP portal?

Thank you!

what do you mean by track activity/inactivity? Do you mean page requests ? or specific actions (like search, open record, etc), or just whether the user is still 'using' the application (e.g. viewing a page), or simply just to log the session end...?

A smile is worth a thousand kind words. So smile, it's easy! :)
