Activity Codes

I recently programmed the actividy codes in our Symposium Express 4.2 and programmed the ACNT key on each ACD phone. The ACNT key blinks when on an ACD call which allows you to press the ACNT key and enter the activity code for that call.

What we woulk also like to do is enter an activity code for the agent when they go on break or lunch or if they decide to not take calls for a prolonged time. Is there any way to log out or go on not ready with an activity code?
 
After the call the agent should press the NRD button with the defined break time.
The ACNT button is flashing, the agent should press it and insert the "Not Ready Reason Code" and the ACNT again.
After the break press NRD to end the activity.

You can the use the Not Ready Reason Code by Agent report to report on this.
 
If the Activity light isn't flashing when you press Not Ready, you'll need to amend the ACD queue that the telephone is assigned to in LD 23. The setting NRAC will need to be set to "Yes".
 
Is there any way to get an indicator on the extension to indicate which NRRC they are in?
 
No. There are no real-time statistics for Activity Codes. You just get NR, Active, Idle etc.
