This is something I have never done. But do you need to programme a SCB block in ld23 in order to make it work??? If so, can someone print out the SCB block and paste it to me. What else do I have to keep in mind? I have defined the ACNT key on the phones. I've also seen if I define a SCB block the homl prompt in acd block show up with the wrong default value..

Thanks...

The only thing you need to do on the PBX is to program a ACNT against the Agent sets. Forget the SCB in LD23! Activity Codes will be defined in SCCS or ACD-MAX to log activitys during Skillset Calls or > SCCS 4.0 in Not ready state.

Operation: Agent has active call. Agent presses ACNT Key + valid activity code + ACNT key. It is possible to enter many activity codes during the call.

You can use the SCCS Reports to display those activitys on a skillset or a agent basis.

hope that helps.

Thanks.

I have programmed the ACNT key on the agent's sets, but when I press the ACNT Key + valid activity code, it sends DTMF to the caller and it's not reporting anything on the SECC.. This is a SECC 4.2 on a win2003 server btw. The reason I mentioned SCB is that I was told this probably had to be defined in order to make it work. Anything else???

the agent has to press the acnt key twice:

acnt
<valid code>
acnt AGAIN

codes will be defined under switch management/activity codes. you have to set the code and a name for it. Thats all.

Please check under
report&displays/statisticconfiguration/historical statistics the maximum number of activity codes.

You also have to go into LD 17 and set the DCUS prompt to 1 (it is NULL by default). You might need to ini the PBX in order to then activate.

I defined DCUS to 1 in LD17. But I also had to define the ADS block. Is that correct? Now when I press acnt+ac code+acnt the arrow disappears. But when I defined the ADS in LD23 i got an ERR0606. But the ADS is programmed. Can I look away from that error message....?
