Activity Codes not allowing input

Help! I have programmed in the past activity codes on phones but as I haven't done it for some time I have forgotten.

The activity button is associated against the phone and the ACD is set to allow NRAC (not ready activity codes). When a call comes in its not allowing the user to input the code. Normally it would say enter activity code but it doesn't. What am I missing, anyone!!!!

Assuming you already have codes built in your Symp/Contact center... Phones need to have ACNT added
