1. you have to check in ld17 if DCUS is greater than one
2. check in ld 23 if the ADS Data Block is built
3. check in ld 23 if all ACD queues have a default ACNT programmed (for example you can choose "0" or whatever)
4. program your agent phones with the ACNT key
5. program the activity code in symposium.
