Activity Codes Available when Using Symosium Agent?

Good day all

Can someone confirm whether or not activity codes can be entered via Symposium Agent, or does the activity code have to be entered via the 'hard' phone? We would like to allow the agents to utilize the 'soft' phone as much as possible.

If it is possible, where is this feature turned on at?
