Activity Code By Agent Report

We recently changed the CDN names and skillset names in Symposium Express. i.e region_3 was changed to Team3

We changed the skillsets by deleting the old skillset and creating the new skillset.

We do not use specific activity codes, only the system default.

Question:
When this "Activity Code By Agent" report is run each associate has the system_default_activity_code and an old application in the application name field.
i.e System_Default_Activity_Code region_3

How are applications created? How are the applications updated? Will they be updated if the system is rebooted?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will probably have to rename your Call Treatments. Open the Call Treatment wizard. The names of the Call Treatments should be listed. Are they still the old names that are showing up in the application reports?

If so, you will probably have to build new call treatments with the new names and then assign the new call treatment(s) to the correct CDN(s) using the Call Routing Wizard.

A lot of work, but I don't think it will let you rename the Call Treatments.
