Activity and reason codes

Hi

I'm new to symposium but have worked on other switches, can anyone confirm if you can program the symposium to use reason and activity codes and then pass this info to a Genesys T-Server.

Currently running on Symposium 4.2 and Genesys 7.0

I am currently going through the implementation of NR codes using Symposium 4.2. There have been several challenges along the way.

The stats are kept on a seperate database table to the agent's standard table. The table name is iActivityCodeStat.

As far as passing info to your T server I am sure this will be possible.
