We use NOT READY CODES and everything is working, except I have 1 user that it does not appear to work for. We have several ACD groups and several different types of phones.
The one user having problems is using a i2050 softphone and is assigned to an ACD that has only soft phones. At this point this user is the only user with the button configured, so I am not sure if its the phone type or the ACD that acocunts for the difference.
As I understand the Nortel instructions, the requirements to setup accounting codes on a phone are:
1. add ACNT button to phone - completed
2. make sure NRAC is set to "yes" in LD 23 for the ACD that the phone is assigned to - completed
3. in LD 17 make sure DCUS is set to "1" (this affects all or none) - completed
He does have the button, which flashes when he presses the NR key, however when he enters a code and presses the ACNT to enter the code the code does not show up in the logs...
