Activilty Codes

I have created a number of activity codes in CCMA
But when I run any the activity report code reports they are empty but I see then in the not ready reason report

Any suggestions as to where I am going wrong

You first need to verify that the agents are operating the system correctly. Not ready reason codes are exactly the same as activity codes except the code is entered when the agent goes NOT READY. So you need to mnake sure the agents are entering the code when in READY mode. If you do not use not ready reason codes at all, then remove the feature.
