ActiveX Warning Question

I'm pretty darn new to ActiveX and i was wondering if it has alot of move around space like...is it possible to change the warning that pops up that says there is an ActiveX interaction on this page that might not be safe would you like to allow this interaction yes or no for example just change it around to like In order to use this page you must allow activeX controls would you like to allow it....or jus totally disable the warning
