ActiveX Warning Message

When I open Microsoft Project2000 I get an Activex Security Warning Message saying "This page provides potentially unsafe information to an Activex control. Your current security settings prohibit running controls in this manner. As a result, this page may not display correctly".
I've checked the security settings in internet explorer 5.5 and anything about activex is set to enable. What am I missing?
