ActiveX Viewer - The Database logon screen don't appears

I want to open a report with a Oracle connection. But the logon screen for the oracle database don't appear. Its the same when i click the refresh button.

The report dont work because there is no connection to the database. I use ASP to start the viewer.

When you published the report did you specify the datasource for the report in the Database tab?
Did you set the 'Prompt the user for new values..' option
