Hi all,
On one of my reports being distributed through InfoView using Crystal Reports Server 11, hangs and never prints when a regular user tries to print the report. I am unable to find any reference to this problem in the documentation, the CR Knowledge Base or in these forums.
Relevant Facts:
--There are other reports in InfoView that the users can print with no problems via the ActiveX viewer.
--This seems to be a permissions issue, in as much as that if I login to the same PC with admin priveleges the report prints properly.
--This report sources from a different DB than reports that do print. This report runs off of an MDB that is not locked and the users have RWMD access to. The report can be viewed and refreshed w/o problem.
--Users do not have local admin priveleges on their machines. Not sure how this effects the ActiveX viewer.
--The only similar reference I found to this problem directed me to change the print server settings to wait until jobs finish spooling before printing. I did this to no effect.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks,
AJ
