ActiveX Viewer Export

I am writing a report application that uses ASP in combination with crystal reports Active X viewer to show reports within a web page. Everything as far as displaying the reports is working fine. I have the "Export Button" displayed on the viewer to allow the user to export the data to Excel.

When I press this button, I get the error CRAXDRT Error Occurred on Server. -2147190908 Failed to export the report. Coincidentally, I can export to Word format without a problem. Any ideas?

You may be missing the DLL, registry setting or component for whatever export is failing.

Any fix on this issue? I have the same problem and the only thing that Crystal Decisions comes up with does not apply to us.

Hi,

I'm createing report in Crystal Report 6....can the export function applicable too?

I try to enable the export button inside the viewer, but when user click ont it, it displayed the error "This report cannot be exported"!

Please help becuse this is very urgent!!!
