ActiveX Viewer Executable

Hi,
Does anyone know if there is an executable available that will install the ActiveX Crystal viewer (CR version 9 ). Due to our corporate security settings, the automatic download of the viewer is causing a lot of problems. It would be nice to just have an executable that installs the viewer.
