ActiveX viewer displaying unreadable data

This is only happening for one user out of 1000. When running the report via the web using the activeX viewer, she sees all of the report data in Jibberish (she calls greek). I had her uninstall the activeX viewer from her internet objects and reinstall it. But that didn't work.
Any Suggestions??

(using ActiveX for CR 9)

Hi,
Just a guess, but check what languages, fonts, etc the browser has set.
