Haven't found this anywhere and I'm hoping someone can help. One of our staff is blind. Her screenreader software (JAWS) does not do well with reports shown via the Crystal Reports ActiveX Report Viewer. We were hoping she could export the reports to excel or another format. But - she can't get to the export icon. None of the menu icons (including the next page/previous page ones) are available to her right now. Naturally, a sighted person moving the mouse right onto the icon also does nothing.
Does anyone know of any keyboard shortcuts to reach the icons (export, print, next page, previous page, etc.)
