Activex print window does not pop up

the reports have been published on CE10 , they were working fine untill last week, now some of the users can not print the report, there were no changes made in CE evironment .actually 1.when they click on the print icon the report blanks out and comes back normally but the print activex control window does not pop up 2. they do have active x installed 3. tried turning of pop up blocker 4. tried by pressing down the ctrl key while clicking on print icon 5. there were no changes made to crystal enterprise settings 6.exporting and other active x controls in the tool bar works fine except printing
