ActiveX Install .exe prompt

hi guys hows it going, im a new member here, nice to be part of this community.

i just had a quick question, i need active X to install and download an .exe with the appropriate prompt of course, would anyone have the code for this?

i know the prompt/dialog box will show up, and thats what
im looking for.
