Activex DateTimePicker moves when I enable it

I have 2 active x DateTimePicker controls disable when the from opens and when a button is pressed I want them to enable.

When I do this they disapear leaving a white space and at least one appears in the top left of the screen(they may be over lapping).

I have a hunch that it is the references, but have been unable to fix it. Below are the references that I have in order:
