ActiveX Control - how to use List View and Tree View ?

Hi

Can anyone tell me how to use ActiveX Controls, such as List View and Tree View in Access? I know in Access 2000, we can insert these two controls into forms but how can I link these controls with tables and queries? How can I add/delete items from these controls?
