activex control does not install on client machine

I have written an ActiveX Control in VB.
Using the deployment wizard, i have created a cab file.

but trying to access the page from another machine, the activex control does not install.
Actualy, the settings are written in the registry, but the ocx is not downloaded on the client machine.

help, please?

I have been having the same issue. Some of our client machines will install the Activex control from internet explorer while others will not. We think it may be an admin privelage issue in which the user has to be an admin user to initially download and install the control.
