ActiveX component not available from Access

I've got a mshflxgrd.ocx Microsoft ActiveX control that I am to use in a form of my MS Access project.
The problem is that I cannot put in on my form. The error message reads that the component is not registered. I have used the regsvr32 utility and the component appers in the registry, but it has no effect.
This is a problem on a single computer, on another one everthing is fine. What could be wrong on my computer?

The problem is what on the compuetr you devlop the program, the FlexGrid is licensed for deevloping purposes. So, you should install a licence for using on the target computer.
