I have built an application in Access2002 and I already have created several times installation disks for installing on different computers. I'm use the packaging wizard of Office XP developer for this creation.
Since last week the packaging wizard gives the error message: Run-time error 429: ActiveX component can't create object.
As far as I realize the only thing I did change is upgrade from XP home SP2 to XP Pro SP2 and did reinstal the office applications. (But perhaps I did change more but I am not aware of that). The ACCESS application itself does not give any error messages.
I have searched the internet and did not find a solution.
The following includes are used in my application:
(I do not know if you need this info; but perhaps)
Visual basic for applications
Microsoft Access 10.0 object library
Microsoft DAO 3.6 object library
OLE automation
Microsoftvisual basic for applicationext 5,3
Microsoft ActiveX dat object 2.1 library
Microsoft office XP web components
Microsoft windows common controls 2.6 (SP6)
Help will be appriciated very much! Either the solution or a workaround!
