activex component can't create object 1

accpac advantage series 5.2
I have created an VB project in which I have included reference of A4WComex.dll. The compiled exe gives desired results on computer where ACCPAC Advantage Series 5.2 is installed. It gives error "Activex component cant create object" on computer where ACCPAC is not installed. The .dll file is available on this computer in path C:\Program Files\ACCPAC\Runtime at point of initialisation of ACCPAC session. I also registered thru Regsrv.exe

Can someone point out what more I need to do?

If it is necessary to install ACCPAC then installation of basic modules i.e. GL, SM, and CS should suffice. Please correct if I am wrong.
