ActiveX and SMS?

Hello there, wondered if anyone can help me. I have made a very simple scrollbar program in Delphi. I have used Delphi ActiveX to put this scrollbar program onto a website that I am currently developing. What I want to do is be able to send SMS text messages that will allow me to move the scrollbar up or down (everytime an SMS has been recieved). Any suggestions/tips?,
