ActiveX and Java Viewers NOT Working BOE XI

Using newly setup BOE XI server, I can't get either the ActiveX or Java Viewers working. I get the following pop-up window:

Com.Crystaldecisions.Sdk.occa.report.reportsource.PageRequestContext.SetallowIncompletePage(z)V

I have found no such error message on BOE knowledgebase. Any help would be appreciated.

I've not seen that error either, could it be that you have your IE settings to not allow Java or Active X?

I did check both of those, but I really knew that could not be the problem because our other BOE XI production server works fine with both activex & java.

Hi,
Is the new server similar ( or even identical) to the existing ones that work?
Are you using the.NET or the Java version?
If .NET, same framework installed?

I have never seen an error from BOE that references the sdk as that one seems to:
Com.Crystaldecisions.Sdk.occa.report.reportsource.PageRequestContext.SetallowIncompletePage(z)V

Do not know, however, if that is significant..

Might be a case for Bobj's Tech support..
