The orogonal poster never replied to my questions, so maybe you can:
Are you using the.NET or the Java version?
If .NET, what version is installed?
Is this your error as well?:
Com.Crystaldecisions.Sdk.occa.report.reportsource.PageRequestContext.SetallowIncompletePage(z)V
Can you be more specific about what 'not working' means in your case?
Might be a case for Bobj's Tech support..
