ActiveTcl for solaris not free?

Hi,

I'm just performing changes to the tcl/tk GUI of a tool developed long time ago in my company.
This tool is provided to the customer in Windows and solaris platforms.
Up to now, we delivered an ActiveTcl version for both platforms without any problem, but yesterday the customer said us that for the ActiveTcl version of solaris a charge of 999$ per year must be paid.
I've seen that it's true.

Does anybody know if it was free some time ago and if there is any solution to have a free solaris ActiveTcl?
