Hi all,
As per the subject, ActiveSync has stopped for 1 of our Exchange 2007 boxes after installing Exchange 2010 during our Exchange Online migration.
As a bit of background, we had 2 Exchange 2007 boxes within our domain, 1 at each site connected via an MPLS.
The Exchange server at our primary site is the main server, and ActiveSync was working fine in that users could enter the primary exchange server in their phones and access their emails stored on the secondary site.
Since installing Exchange 2010 as part of a hybrid deployment to get users migrated to Exchange Online, users are now unable to access their emails via their phones if they are stores at the secondary site or on the new 2010 server. Emails stored on the primary 2007 server are unaffected.
I'm pretty sure I've configured the internal and external urls for the various services but must have overlooked / incorrectly entered some details, or that installing 2010 has altered some settings.
I know that I haven't supplied enough information but can supply anything that may help.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
